Regulation (EU) 2024/1781, the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation, creates the Digital Product Passport. SupplyFi publishes one per SKU from the approved record, a public page and QR code, and it is included on every plan: 200 on Free, and up to your catalogue size on paid plans. Paid passports stay online, read-only, for a year after you cancel.

On an annual plan, you have a 14-day money-back guarantee from your first payment. Email us within those 14 days and we'll refund the full amount, no questions, no forms. After day 14 the annual commitment stands — you took the yearly discount in exchange for committing to the year. That said, we're human. If something genuinely went wrong, email us and we'll work something out. We don't want anyone trapped in a tool they can't use.
Whatever happens to your subscription, your data is yours — export it any time, or, on request, have us archive it free of charge for up to 7 years.
